I have been building Próspera Global since 2017. The company builds new jurisdictions where the institutional infrastructure a society needs is missing, anchored in American legal architecture, on the basis of host-country agreement. Honduras Próspera is the first of these and, nine years in, the proof that the work can be done. We started with a charter, a parcel of land on Roatán, and the conviction that institutions can be built deliberately and built to last. Today, Honduras Próspera is a working jurisdiction for residents and businesses, with a regulatory framework, e-governance platform, and civic architecture stood up from nothing on a horizon that runs in decades.

The intent is to build more, on terms set by the host countries that want them. Honduras is the first. There will be others. This is the work I expect to spend the rest of my life on.
